Mackenzie
This is our drilling spot at the northern end of the Juneau airport runway. I use the tripod between the truck and drill rig to break open the samples and then the tailgate of the truck for recording my notes on the log. Behind us is the Mendenhall Glacier that is nestled below the snow covered mountain in the middle.

What a choice experience! I would love to go to Alaska...although I'd probably go in the summer. I'm glad you're posting pictures and telling stories. We really need to catch up when you get back!
